1. Phu Nghia Industrial Park
Phu Nghia Industrial Park is strategically positioned for business along National Highway 6A, between Tran Truc Son and Xuan Mai towns in Chuong My district, Hanoi. Additionally, it’s approximately 40 kilometers from Noi Bai, 120 kilometers from Hai Phong port, and about 10 kilometers from National Highway 21A, also known as the Ho Chi Minh road.
In its 14 years of existence, Phu Nghia Industrial Park has attracted almost 100 investment and production firms. Some of these include Toyota Electric Control from Japan, Chee Wah Limited, Vietnam – Sweden Wine CP, Starlight luxury fashion garment from Singapore, and Sunjin Miwon Food from Korea. The total investment capital generated is around 80 million USD.

2. Quang Minh Industrial Park
Quang Minh Industrial Zone, located within Hanoi City and covering an area of 340 hectares, is recognized as an attractive investment destination for both local and international investors. 3. Thang Long Industrial Park
The Thang Long Industrial Park corporation is a collaboration between Dong Anh Chemical Company (part of the Ministry of Construction) and Japan’s Sumitomo Corporation. Together, they are focused on constructing and managing an industrial park in Dong Anh district, Hanoi. The park covers a planned area of 300 hectares and is being developed in three phases: the first phase, already completed, spans 121 hectares, followed by the second phase of 80 hectares, and the third phase of 99 hectares.

4. Sai Dong B Industrial Park
The Sai Dong B Industrial Zone spans 97.11 hectares, with 78.38 hectares allocated for industrial development and an additional 18.73 hectares dedicated to auxiliary construction. The Sai Dong B Industrial Zone in Hanoi city was established by Hanoi Electronic Company (Hanel), a state-owned enterprise operating under the administration of the Ha Noi city People’s Committee.

5. Hanoi Southern Supporting Industrial Park
South Hanoi Supporting Industrial Park (HANSSIP) is an investment by N&G Development Investment Joint Stock Company, a division of the N&G Group. Located at the southern entrance of Hanoi, within the satellite town of Phu Xuyen, this park is in line with the development plans set by the Government of Vietnam. Its main objective is to foster supporting industries, manufacturing, and processing sectors.

6. Noi Bai Industrial Zone
Established in 1994, Noi Bai Industrial Park initially covered an area of 100 hectares in Stage 1. It has since expanded to Stage 2, offering 14.1 hectares of strategically placed industrial lots. Managed by Noi Bai Development Corporation Limited (NBD), it operates as a joint venture involving Vista Spectrum (M) Sdn. Bhd. from Malaysia.
